It's time for the Faith Sisters Blog Train again and part of the fun this time will be a recipe exchange

1) Create one or more 4x6 recipe cards (300 dpi) using 100% products from the Faith
      Sister's blog train "Homecooked Happiness" save as a .jpg
 
2) Using the card you made type in your favorite holiday recipe (Optional)
      You are welcome to include as many recipes as you like
 
3) E-mail your Blank Recipe Card and Card with Recipe to audrajjensen@msn.com
      by the end of the day on October 31st
 
4) Tell your friends!  Starting the 25th you can use the ad below to tell about this 
      challenge on your blog's or e-mails.  Just make sure to link it to this forum!  The more
      people we get to participate the more great cards and recipes everyone gets!

you know, that one where I am a physio? I guess I wear that most of the time despite what my blog might imply I do!
I just spent 3 days at Darling Harbour at the National Physiotherapy Conference. I was temporarily overcome by the feeling that I should go back to uni and do some more post graduate work.

But then we went on the harbour cruise...and despite teeming rain and trying to hold an umbrella at the same time on a swaying boat....I took these...and decided that was more fun than doing a literature review!
