I'm going to make one. Like this.
It is just turning out to be a tad harder than I anticipated. I now realise that they are worth the money to just buy them made. If only to avoid standing in the ridiculously slow checkout line at Spotlight.

So now that I have half a pettiskirt....
we decided to try a chunky scarf instead. I didn't even knit it. I conned a visitor into it :)

School holidays!

OK - so we haven't done all that much....
They let me have 5 mins worth of photography practice. Gotta get me
some new models.

We (the girls of the family) did however sit and watch the 'lost in Austen' series
that was on the ABC a few weeks back that we'd taped. Such a funny series! If
you love Pride and Prejudice...you've got to watch this....there are some absolute
classic one-liners. The subtle humor was somewhat lost on the young ones...
