Day 3 - Bay of Islands

The Bay of Islands is just beautiful. The Kings Cruise was a great way to see it all in a short amount of time - right out to (and then through) the hole in the rock. We searched out dolphins that were happy to put on a show (they obviously get some sort of commission).

Next was the Waitangi Treaty House - Love the old scripted writing of the treaty :)

Tara just checking if it looks the same upside down. Don't ask me! *roll*

The day improved from here (in the girl's estimation) by a visit to the chocolate factory on the way to Keri Keri . We sampled some great macadamia nut brittle and bought a few necessities. Unfortunately you cant bring food through customs...so we HAD to eat it. Really :)

Good thing Mt Isa has turned my chocolate addiction down a tad... or you'd be in strife! Love tha family shot too, did you take a personal photographer without offering me the job first??
